It’s happening.
The first by donation Shiva Nata class I’ve taught since 2006.
That’s because we’re brewing fun for The Playground (our brand new studio in Portland, Oregon).
The Playground is a special place for all things Shivanautical as well as other forms of life-change-ery, destuckification and fabulousness).
And this is a live class AT THE PLAYGROUND!
FRIDAY, JULY 16, 2010. From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
All the stuff you need to know:
Who gets to come?
Anyone who wants to. Total beginners. Long-time Shivanauts. The generally Shivanautically-curious. Or if you just want to see what’s happening at the Playground and be a part of this.
We can fit 20-ish people in. So if you’re fast enough you might get to be one of them.
But what if I’ve never done Shiva Nata before?
Not a problem! This class is open to all levels. It will be hard but in a good knocking-your-socks off sort of way. And it won’t just be hard for you. It will be hard for everyone.
But what if I’ve been doing Shiva Nata for years?
Excellent. I can’t wait to make it too hard for you.
*rubs hands together and cackles*
Are we going to have to do Dance of Shiva for ninety whole minutes? Because I think my arms will fall off.
Of course not.
There will be lots of stopping, stretching, talking, writing and chilling out. I might even do a demonstration. We’ll see. I won’t work you too hard. It’s going to be fun.
Why come?
Because it will be a crazy good time.
Because my people are awesome.
Because you get to support the Playground. And see the Playground and the beautiful things that your help has brought to the world.
