Our learning time will take place at the Playground. In Northeast Portland.

See below. Note that meals indicated with an asterisk (*) are group meals that are included in the program, while those marked (^) are group meals where we all contribute to the bill.

Once you sign up we’ll be getting you a more detailed schedule (including where we’ll be eating when).

Just so you know, attendance is optional at all meals — it’s great if you join us, we also won’t be offended when you need/want to do your own thing instead. No worries either way.

Re: council

Optional but check in with Havi if you’re not going — just to let her know that you’re okay and not completely flipping out. Or that you are flipping out but you just need to sleep it off.

Re: morning practice and afternoon practice

Morning practice is *not* three hours straight. It’s grounding and stretching and breaks and movement and wackiness. Afternoon practice also includes stretching, theory, wackiness, writing exercises and shavasana.

Re: yoga

If you don’t feel up to Old Turkish Lady yoga, you are more than welcome to just close your eyes and take a nap or roll around on the floor. Fine by me! Fine by all old Turkish ladies everywhere!

And if you don’t want to do that either, you can take off and we’ll see you at dinner. :)

Re: The “up to you!” meals

You can do stuff with me or with each other or by yourself. I will always tell you where I’m going so you can tag along with me if you like.

Re: Friday afternoon

I know some people will be around, so we can make plans to hang out.
