Here are your options…
There are currently four ways to study and play with me while giggling, flailing around and having zinging shivanautical moments and insights.
Live events generally happen at the Playground — our fabulous center (in Portland, Oregon) dedicated to Shivanauttery and destuckification. It’s the most magical place in the world.
1. TRAINING! Come to a Shiva Nata intensive.
Aka the Shivanautical Academy of Hilarity and Play.
Four days of crazy. I mean, of life-changingly good flailing and destuckifying.
The most incredible time ever: theory, practice, destuckifying what-ifs and getting you really ready to teach the hell out of this.
Also doubles as a teacher training.
The 5th training is in August. At Shivanauticon!
2. Rally (Rally!)
Everything I teach incorporates Shiva Nata, because it’s the best way to internalize the results from everything else you’re doing.
Several times a year I run a SPECTACULAR program called Rally. It’s three and a half days. It’s outrageously great.
And we do Shiva Nata twice a day. A sixty minute class in the morning, combined with fascinatingly useful stone skippings. And a goofy, playful shivanautical interlude in the evening.
» So. Come to a Rally (Rally!). These fill up very quickly.
3. Come to a Shivanautical Play class at the Playground.
Every Toozday in 2012.
Bring a pattern or a gwish you want to work on (you won’t have to tell anyone what it is).
And use this Shiva Nata time to make the changes you need to make, in a way that is safe and supportive.

4. Join us for a virtual class.
Every so often I run a Bohemian Salon that happens by phone. You can ask questions, get ideas about your practice, and hang out with other shivanauts on the Chattery (that’s the chat room).
The last one was in June and so much fun.

I will not bombard you with stuff about why you should take my programs. Not my style. Just a quick announcement when there’s something new. Usually once every few months.
You want to sign up here because if I announce something on the Fluent Self blog, it fills up in a day or two, people miss out and then they’re sad and I’m sad. This is how we sneak around that.
