Free “Dust off the DVD” class: creating and sticking to an enjoyable home practice

Okay, so you bought the DVD. You had — and still have — the best of intentions. And somehow it’s been a few months and the DVD is gathering dust. Right. I’ve been there.

Maybe you experienced the magic. Maybe had an epiphany or three. Maybe you could sense the benefit, intelligence and power hidden in this practice. Or maybe you haven’t even tried it yet.

No worries.

It seriously took me four months to start using the DVD even though I knew I’d been getting breakthroughs from the practice. Now that I’ve been teaching this stuff for years, I get it. Pretty much everyone goes through this.

It’s okay. It’s understandable. And I still like you.

So. This class is designed to help you make the most of the DVD so it can get easier for you to have a regular, enjoyable home practice.

The idea is to help you get started if you aren’t practicing, work out the kinks if you are or just get inspired. Share your experiences, pick up tips, soak up some group energy and get charged up to get back to the practice.

And if you own the Dance of Shiva DVD, the class is free and you can take it as many times as you like (we cover different stuff each time).

Next class is TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2010 at 12:00 noon Pacific, but you’ll want to sign up even if you can’t make the call, to get the recording and be eligible to get invited to future classes.
