If you have specific Shivanautical questions, here is a secret!

You can ask the practice to answer the question for you. You have internal answers, and Shiva Nata can show them to you.

You are the expert on you, and you are the expert on your experience with Shiva Nata!

You can do this.

You and Shiva Nata together know the answers to things that have to do with you and Shiva Nata. Bring everything back to the practice.

Our job as shivanauts and instructors deconstructors is to keep bringing ourselves back to the practice (sometimes paradoxically through not practicing). And to keep reminding other people that the answer to their questions is always available to them in the practice too.

There are patterns inside of your questions and you can find out what they are and what they mean and what to do about them, as well as the answer to to the original questions. Take it back to the practice!

You can also use the concepts on the blog to help play with that, because it’s not something we are used to doing, being our own authorities. That is part of the challenge of being a shivanaut, yes. :)
