They don't just feel challenging, they feel downright impossible. I don't just feel that I'm just getting it wrong, I feel that I am not following *at all*. The same sequences on slow speed are too easy and boring. I even tried the fast sequence on half the speed (the only other speed my DVD player permits) and I can follow without much difficulty. But at the regular (i.e. fast) speed, no way! I'm very frustrated. I decided to continue with the rest of the programme but I feel disheartened. Also, I would like to know what the best approach for such a problem is because I will likely get stuck again at some point in the future. Along the same lines: I'm trying to find a good balance between moderately difficult and impossibly hard. I understand that without challenging myself considerably, I should not expect any epiphanies. How do I know that I'm getting the balance more or less right? For instance, if I practice for 10 minutes without feeling exhausted, does this mean I wasn't pushing myself hard enough? Final question: Got any plans for Shiva seminars in Europe? My DVD is only now en route to me but already the hot-buttered epiphanies are coming: 1) I don't have to be "perfectly ready" to say YES to great opportunities, and 2) I make a move and the Universe responds beautifully!
