Not only is there neuroplasticity at work, but -- as Havi always says -- it is at its most powerful when we are being challenged!

So if you&#039;re practicing the Dance of Shiva by repeating bits you&#039;re already good at, then you aren&#039;t getting much &quot;plasticity&quot; benefit. If you&#039;re flailing around and struggling to Get It, you&#039;re maximizing the benefit to your brain!
