		<description>You know, it&#039;s always seemed to me that religion and astrology are just condiuts for us to listen to ourselves.  (At least that&#039;s how they&#039;re supposed to work.  I imagine that people using those things to rationalize away cognitive dissonance don&#039;t hear much internal dialogue.)  Anyway, yoga and shivanata seem to work the same way, without the clutter.  Pretty cool.
