The hedgehog's words made me cry. I know exactly how it feels.

And also: best blog find of 2009. (this, and your other).

Unexpected gentleness! Clarity! Clunking!

I love it. Yay. Happy gentle clunking clarity, everyone.

Tiny note from my seedling practice...

Loving just doing a tiny bit every day - just double horizontals in sequence and reversed, maybe moving one arm on one position.

Never been so gentle/without expectations about anything before.

Allowing. Who knew?

I think I was served my first epiphany yesterday. I'm very new to Shiva Nata. However, yesterday a couple hours after flailing through the first of first stuff, I just felt this clarity settle around me about what role fear plays in my life. It was like all the stuff I know in my head, but never feel in a real way, started swirling around while I was driving to work, and it just sort of clunked into place how needless many of my fear behaviors were.

When an internal shift finally happens for me it always feels like something clicking, or sometimes clunking into place.

It was a great, light feeling.

Yay!
