Hi Havi,

I'm a part of the group Shiva Nata blog hosted by Amy Brown(linked above). I thought it was a wonderful idea that she had to do this, I would have been too chicken to do this type of blogging on my own. For me, hers has been like an incubator blog!

I got into practicing Shiva Nata because of the blogging Shivanauts, (and a few people on Twitter). The Shivanauts are fantastic people, and I'm really proud to be one.

Just thinking about starting my own Shivanautical/personal blog. *nervous*

Thank you for the great blog examples. I've been looking for places to read about other people's experiences with this.

I'm at the very beginning of beginning with shiva nata. Much sucking, little grace and beauty, but strengthening shoulders!

No huge piphs yet, but lots of baby piphs, usually in the shower or while driving (which is where they usually hang out for me):

1. I am filling my toolbox with the tools I need for what's coming next--like dance of shiva, and a personal essay writing class, and PSYCH-K--which means I can calm down about finding my thing

2. I am stuck in a pattern when I get ridiculous, out of proportion emotions (good and bad), so instead of freaking out, I could choose to get quiet and find the core belief that feeds the pattern. Noticing is the first step.

Just want to say that when I started shivanata this was my dream. To connect to a group of shivanauts- and I am so grateful for all of you from the Head shivanaut on down...now all that is missing (for me) is doing shivanata together. I will do almost anything to get to one of your retreats next time Havi with the hope for daily, crazy shiva nata among other wonderful things.

Okay- that's it for me. Gratitude.

Havi!
Finally :) Starting! Getting a few minutes of practice in with the basic movements (almost) every day. Gently working up to actually exploring the 'levels' sections. :)
