Dear Havi,

I'm putting this here because I didn't want to bother you with email, even if it is only gushing "this is amazing" email.

I got the DVD on Thursday and the results have already been incredible. Two epiphanies in one day? How is this possible?

OK. I'm doing crazy amounts of it because I have time and energy and it feels right. I know the recommendation is to do a little but I've been using it as part of my start-the-day ritual and my end-the-day ritual. It completely shakes up the energy and has really helped the transformations of the last week take hold.

Simply incredible stuff!

Love,

J xx

Dear Havi, it is so true what you write! I thought also, that the most scary part is just BEFORE you begin to do the practice of Shiva Nata. And, once, I started I completely forget about what I wanted to find out, and the peace after the practice in Shavasana is just often so overwhelming. Taking it with humor in the beginning seems to be working for me :-) Love Sandra
