Loved the class. I realized that I've been working on perfecting Level I arms before adding legs, so I went to and added legs yesterday and found it EASIER. (too much dance experience). So today, I did the legs/arms slowly with my eyes closed, which made it freaking hard. And then just arms fast, which became an exercise in hilarity.

Loved the idea of monster journaling to get my monster to stfu, especially after the mini panic attacks I've been having. Today, I ordered the most awesome felt monster journal off of etsy for talking to the monsters. The panic actually kicks up with shiva nata, but I think it's because I panic over change, and there's a lot of change going on.

I'm doing shiva nata before my therapy sessions, and it's almost too much. A good too much though.

The teleclass was fabulous! I want to especially thank you for doing such a thoughtful job of organizing the many, many questions that came your way. Categorizing, synthesizing, making connections between all the questions and concerns -- it seemed to me to be a very Shivanautical way of handling the situation!

Just want to say that I haven't been able (haven't wanted to) let go of "sovereignty" & "patterns" as the watchwords from the group call. They are so beautifully simple and pack such a powerful punch. So affirming of me and what I know and notice. open, accepting...
thank you.
